We are always pleased when our customers take time out to contact us with their comments - and it really makes our day when we get their plaudits. Poppy and Portia always like to get a pat on the back (and a tickle behind the ears too) because they just love to please.  As do we!  They have even had emails written to them - fancy that... satisfied customers writing directly to the management!

Our latest is from a lady on the Isle of Wight.  She needed a quick delivery of a seven peapod pendant as a present for a friend.  Here is what she had to say
